FINANCING PLATFORM

APEC Institute of Business has integrated resources from Singapore and China in terms of politics, business, academia, and media to jointly organise the APIB Entrepreneurial Challenge (APIBEC), giving full play to the Asia-Pacific Capital+ of APIB, and building a bridge to connect students' entrepreneurial and innovative projects with investment institutions and venture capitalists.

 

The APIBEC will focus on products and projects with independent intellectual property rights and positive industrialisation prospects in Asia Pacific area, as well as industries that are likely to usher in new opportunities for development after the pandemic, including advanced manufacturing, new energy, biomedicine, education, environmental protection, energy conservation, and other industrial fields. The competition is dedicated to finding support for entrepreneurial trainees who are currently facing difficulties, such as capital and technical support - so that new projects and products can find channels to resolve difficulties faced in its early stages of creation.

 

The APIBEC will award several prizes accordingly, and in addition to cash and investment awards, APIB will recommend outstanding projects to national high-tech industries. These projects will be given support from related organisations in terms of rental subsidies, talent and industry support.
